System requirements

Your computer must meet the following requirements, or you may not be able to successfully run the Online Backup application:

  • hard drive with at least 4 MB of available space,
  • 166 MHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor (Recommended: Pentium 500MHz or greater),
  • 64 MB of system memory (Recommended: 128 MB RAM or greater),
  • Java Virtual Machine installed (available here),
  • Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 Server or Windows Vista,
  • Internet access.
